About the Role
As a Deposit Operations Representative, you will be responsible for file maintenance, including completing maintenance changes to various deposit accounts, verifying system inputs for accuracy, and correcting identified errors. You will also conduct customer account research, support front-line staff with inquiries, and handle exception items such as overdrafts and stop payments. Your role will require adherence to established bank policies and procedures.
About You
Required:
- High school education or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of teller and/or customer service experience.
Preferred:
- Good knowledge of the company's products and services, account opening procedures, and verification requirements.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
