- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
- Excellent multitasking ability to manage varied workloads.
- Ability to interact professionally with patients and staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Epic, and EMR.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- One year's experience in a clinic, optometry, or dental office.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred at level 9.
- Medical terminology and healthcare billing insurance knowledge.

Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic is one of the largest community health centers in the Pacific Northwest. We provide comprehensive medical, dental and social services in communities across Washington and Oregon. Our medical and dental services are complemented by behavioral health services, nutrition services, drug and alcohol treatment, an HIV/AIDS clinic, community health services, the Northwest Community Action Center (providing employment, training, mentoring, case management, and referral services), and mobile health units. We employ over 2,000 regular staff and another 338 residents, administrative fellows, students, and volunteers.
