About the Role
As a DC Phlebotomist 1, you will be responsible for personally connecting with donors, listening to their stories, and helping them understand the impact of their donation. You will collaborate with teammates to create a friendly environment for donors, ensure that collected blood meets regulatory requirements, and assist in setting up and taking down equipment at mobile blood drives. The position requires a variable schedule, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
