About the Role
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for process monitoring at a commercial manufacturing site, ensuring engagement in the Process Performance and Product Quality Monitoring framework. You will design and maintain digital assets, deliver end-to-end analytics solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational excellence across the global manufacturing network.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Data Science or Engineering experience; OR
- Associate’s degree and 6 years of Data Science or Engineering experience; OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Data Science or Engineering experience; OR
- Master’s degree
Preferred:
- 3+ years of work experience in a biotechnology role (e.g. process development, data analyst, data scientist)
- Demonstrated expertise in process development or commercial manufacturing
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Databricks)
- Advanced experience with data visualization and statistical modeling
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
