About the Role
As a Data Scientist, you will leverage machine learning and predictive modeling to support business objectives, manipulate large datasets, and collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities and challenges. You will also participate in selecting research tools and methodologies while maintaining awareness of industry best practices.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
Preferred:
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Experience in the insurance industry and familiarity with P&C insurance.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL, with knowledge of Go, Java, or Scala.
