About You
- BS degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, operations research, econometrics, computer science, engineering) or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 7 years of work experience in applied quantitative fields, including 2+ years managing analytics teams.
- 5+ years of experience in a team leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing analytics teams.
- Experience in cross-functional partnerships among teams.
- Understanding of statistical analysis.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.
- Experience with large data sets.
