About the Role
As a Data Entry Specialist I, you will be responsible for processing new orders, verifying customer and billing information, and ensuring accuracy in legal documents. Your daily tasks will include performing internet research, entering orders into the system, and maintaining client databases. You will work closely with the QC team to ensure all orders are accurate before final review.
About You
Required:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Prior work experience in data entry.
Preferred:
- Some college education.
- Experience in a medical, legal, or insurance claims office.
- Ability to type a minimum of 45 W.P.M.
- Proficiency in internet research.
