Summary
Bloom Growth™ is seeking a Data Analyst to join their fully remote team. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of data analysis processes. Your responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, collecting and cleaning large datasets, performing complex data analysis, developing dashboards and reports, mentoring junior team members, and staying updated with industry trends.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools like Metabase or Apache Superset.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques.
- Proficient in Notion or ClickUp.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
