About the Role

As a CYP Child and Youth Program Operations Clerk, you will perform a combination of duties related to record keeping and reporting, liaising with families and programs, and monitoring fees and supplies. Your responsibilities will include preparing reports, ensuring child registration paperwork is complete, maintaining office files, providing front desk coverage, collecting fees, and serving as a mandatory reporter for child advocacy.

About You

Required:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Two (2) years of administrative experience.
Knowledge of administrative support functions and general office automation software.
Ability to maintain accurate reports and records.
Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
Skill in cash handling.

Preferred:

Knowledge of military CDC, CDH, SAC, YP, R&R, and USDA Food Programs.
Ability to maintain a computerized database and working knowledge of Child and Youth Management System (CYMS) or equivalent.
