nuKudo is seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist - NSTP 3 to join their team in San Antonio, TX. This role is a full-time position that combines training and employment in the cybersecurity field.
About the Role
As a Cybersecurity Specialist in the NSTP, you will be hired as a paid employee from day one, participating in a comprehensive training program designed to prepare you for a long-term role in cybersecurity. Your responsibilities will include completing hands-on instruction, earning certifications, applying training to simulations and projects, and transitioning into a cybersecurity role with partner organizations.
About You
Required:
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must pass a 17-panel drug test.
- Undergo and pass a financial, civil, and criminal background check.
Preferred:
- A degree in higher education.
- An active or eligible security clearance.
- Willingness and ability to relocate.
- Some prior IT or cybersecurity experience.
