About the Role
About You
- 7+ years of experience in IT with a strong focus on cybersecurity and cloud security.
- 5+ years of experience leading key security functions such as Cloud Security Engineering, DevSecOps, Risk Management, or IT Compliance.
- Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., NIST, PCI, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
- Expertise in enterprise security solutions including WAF, IPS, DDoS protection, and SIEM.
- Experience with tools such as Splunk ES, Trend Micro, Prisma Cloud, Tenable, SonarQube, and cloud-native security services.
- Proficiency in handling security alerts and insights from platforms like SIEM, SOAR, CSPM, EDR, and AppSec.
- Experience conducting and supporting audits and technical assessments for compliance frameworks including FedRAMP, HIPAA, SOC2, and more.
- Strong incident response and threat management capabilities.
- Ability to stay updated on emerging security trends, vulnerabilities, and best practices.
- Must be CISSP certified.
- Cloud Architecture Certification from a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
