About the Role

As a Cyber Business Security Lead, you will lead business-focused cybersecurity efforts on the Lilly Business Units Cybersecurity roadmap, facilitate the adoption of cybersecurity initiatives, and align priorities between cybersecurity and business units. You will build relationships to assess and reduce cybersecurity risks, collaborate to raise security awareness, and take ownership of major initiatives to ensure security is embedded in strategic priorities. Additionally, you will lead continuous cyber education, identify security gaps, and promote security by design for new technology solutions.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in an Information Security, Information Technology, or Engineering discipline.
At least 7-10 years of IT or Security Engineering experience.
Experience with NIST cybersecurity framework, Mitre Att&k framework or similar.

Preferred:

Experience with industrial control systems.
Comprehensive expertise across cybersecurity domains, including prevention, detection, response, recovery, and compliance.
