Summary
Integrity Resource Management is seeking a CXOne Telephony Engineer - Phone Menu Development to join their team on a 6-12 month contract, with the potential for permanent employment. The role can be performed on-site in Atlanta or remotely.
About the Role
As a CXOne Telephony Engineer, you will be responsible for ACD administration, configuration, routing, and design, specifically with Nice/InContact CXOne. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting telephony issues, ensuring the reliability and integrity of enterprise telephony platforms, and participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation. You will also serve as a subject matter expert, training front-line teams on ACD usage and managing voice-related services such as SIP lines and SIP trunks.
About You
Required:
- Extensive knowledge of ACD configuration, routing, and design.
- Experience in migration to a different ACD platform.
- Understanding of domestic/international call routing.
- Provisions and maintains voice-related services such as SIP lines and SIP trunks.
- Understanding of SIP call flow and ability to analyze complicated call signaling using packet analyzers.
- VoiceXML/JavaScript experience.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working on InContact.
- Yellow.AI experience.
