About the Role
As the Cutting Lead, you will provide direct supervision and hands-on guidance to the cutting team, ensuring production goals and deadlines are met. You will support Plant Management with production scheduling, workflow optimization, and process improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities include training employees on equipment and processes, maintaining safety standards, and performing quality checks.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years previous experience operating print industry cutting equipment such as Polars.
- Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of progressive experience in floor supervision.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
Preferred:
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a print production environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple print jobs simultaneously.
