About the Role
As a Customer Support Manager, you will lead a remote team of customer support professionals, providing effective leadership and mentoring to achieve program goals. Your responsibilities will include monitoring team performance, implementing policy updates, identifying process improvements, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years in a remote, supervisory role, leading teams of 15+ customer support professionals.
- Strong technical skills and ability to navigate computer systems and software including Professional tax software, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Timekeeping solutions.
Preferred:
- Experience in a contact center environment leading remote teams.
- A passion for customer support and improving the customer experience.
