Athelas is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Scribe to join their team in Mountain View, CA. The role involves building lasting relationships with customers and driving the adoption and success of their AI medical scribe product.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary advocate for healthcare customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes through the adoption and use of Scribe. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular check-ins, demonstrating product features, monitoring usage, addressing customer concerns, and managing the renewal experience. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the design of scalable systems and processes.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Biology, or related technical field.
3-5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, Professional Services, or Consulting experience in a SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and EHR systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience managing and negotiating renewals.
Technical proficiency, including experience with data analysis and API integrations.
Familiarity with AI-driven solutions or medical documentation workflows.
Proficiency in Retool or SQL.
