GuidePoint Security is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the Mid Atlantic region to work remotely. The role involves advocating for customer relations and overseeing professional services engagements for major clients.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage relationships with elite/strategic accounts, oversee professional service engagements, produce executive-level metrics, and support large-scale security projects. You will interface with various teams to capture client intelligence and advise on customer roadmap items, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and adherence to company values.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Atlassian Jira, and Atlassian Confluence.
- Prior experience running or developing Customer Success Programs for Professional Service firms or Vendors in cybersecurity or IT.
- Demonstrated knowledge of commercial/vendor program management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
