Summary
Upstream Security is seeking a full-time Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join their North America CSM team, focusing on supporting product sales to large smart mobility and automotive OEM vendors.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage customer engagements end-to-end, from preliminary discussions through product deployment and ongoing operations. You will maintain relationships with key stakeholders, identify customer pain points, and advocate for customers within the company. Your role will involve collaboration with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize the value of Upstream's products and services.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, customer success (CSM), or service management in a remote team environment.
- Proven background in fast-paced, high-growth, agile startup or scale-up environments.
- Strong skills in communication, critical thinking, time management, multi-tasking, and managing multiple customer relationships.
Preferred:
- Experience in data-driven companies, particularly in the automotive or mobility sectors.
- Solid understanding of data-driven solutions and data management platforms in the automotive and mobility industries.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive market.
