Candid Health is seeking multiple Customer Strategy & Operations team members to join their growing team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves owning a portfolio of customers and ensuring they achieve world-class revenue cycle outcomes.
About the Role
As a Customer Strategy & Operations team member, you will interact closely with current customers to understand their challenges and develop creative solutions. You will be responsible for driving key business outcomes, analyzing claims metrics, and collaborating with various internal teams to maximize the value delivered to customers. Your role will also involve shaping company culture and contributing to a positive work environment.
About You
Required:
2-7 years of experience in a relevant field.
Demonstrated track record of owning and driving key business outcomes on high-performing teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design product features.
Excellent communication skills, both in-person and in writing.
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare technology and/or healthcare financial services.
Ability to scale processes and operations effectively.
