As a Customer Service Test Center Administrator, you will be responsible for greeting examinees, performing security checks, monitoring candidates during exams, and ensuring a fair testing experience. You will also need to maintain expert knowledge of test center policies and represent Prometric's values while safeguarding the test center from misconduct.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, in person (call center, retail, restaurant, etc.).
- Must be 18 years of age to qualify.
Preferred:
- College experience a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows-based computer programs and applications.
