As a Customer Service Representative, you will work alongside other CSRs to handle customer communication via phone and email, manage incoming customer orders, coordinate with all departments regarding orders, address customer complaints effectively, and engage in accounts receivable activities. This position offers the opportunity to learn about unique business and industry trends due to the diverse product applications of your customers.
About You
Required:
- Professional communication skills.
- Experience with SAP or a similar ERP/CRM system.
Preferred:
- Experience in customer service within the manufacturing sector.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
