As a Customer Service Representative (Trainee) in Personal Lines, you will be responsible for collecting personal lines policy information, distributing quotes, assisting clients with coverage changes, providing billing support, and maintaining the agency management system. You will also handle incoming phone calls, greet visitors, and ensure client issues are resolved efficiently.
About You
Required:
- Willingness to train and provide excellent customer service.
- Must obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License within 6 months of hire.
- Ability to work in the Crivitz, WI office.
Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.
