About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will perform retention calls, process applications, renewals, and amendments, resolve customer problems, and sell membership and financial products. You will provide price quotes on insurance products, take payments, respond to inquiries, and assist in promoting Auto Club Group products and services. Additionally, you will participate in team activities to enhance customer satisfaction and support local community events.
About You
Required:
- A Current Property & Casualty Insurance license.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in providing customer-focused service and processing insurance applications.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of insurance terminology and general insurance regulations.
- Experience in sales and promoting insurance products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
