About the Role

As a Customer Service - Donor Support Technician, you will be responsible for preparing the donor and equipment for the pheresis process, monitoring the donor during the process, and ensuring accurate recording of donor data. You will also maintain a clean work environment, follow safety protocols, and may be cross-trained in other areas as needed.

About You

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of three (3) months’ work experience, preferably in a medical or health provider environment.
Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Preferred:

Bilingual skills may be required to meet the needs of the business.
