About the Role
As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will engage with guests to meet sales goals through tire and service sales, build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, explain warranties and promotions, manage guest interactions from check-in to checkout, make product recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines, utilize company training tools for self-development, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and perform manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels.
About You
Required:
- Prior guest service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
Preferred:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous automotive guest service experience
- Previous tire sales experience
