About the Role
As a CRM Administrator for Wealth Management, you will be responsible for streamlining processes, resolving issues, and driving the adoption of CRM tools. Your daily tasks will include collaborating with advisors and technology teams, documenting requirements, tracking CRM adoption metrics, and providing ongoing user support. You will also manage CRM administrative tasks and oversee data integrations to ensure system reliability.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in CRM administration, ideally with Salesforce.
Preferred:
- Background in asset management or wealth management.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver CRM training programs.
- Strong data management skills, with experience using tools like Data Loader.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools or process design tools.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., ADM201, ADM211).
