About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in Healthcare Information Technology or related fields.
- PMP certification or working towards certification.
- Strong knowledge of hardware solutions, virtual computing environments, and networking solutions.
- Experience in customer service delivery with a focus on project management.
- Basic knowledge of DICOM, HL7, and clinical workflows.
- Superb customer service skills and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical capacity with excellent troubleshooting skills.
