About You
- High school diploma required.
- 1-3 years' experience in a customer service/service center and/or sales enablement role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social services, public health or related field preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred.
Benefits
