About the Role
As a Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the aftermarket relationship with customers, coordinating technical and commercial support, resolving customer issues, and generating new sales opportunities. You will also oversee budget preparation and ensure compliance with company policies and ISO requirements while maintaining high-quality service levels.
About You
Required:
- BA in Engineering, in aeronautical, mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing client/operator technical and commercial support activities related to the company aircraft and services.
- Proven experience as key account manager.
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
Preferred:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
