About the Role
As a CT Technologist II, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic radiology procedures, including common and special CT exams. You will work independently, providing direct assistance to physicians and ensuring optimal patient care while adhering to safety standards. The position also involves mentoring CT Technologist I and students, promoting a positive work environment, and participating in departmental initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an education program approved by the credentialing body for the required credentials.
- Three years of experience as a CT Technologist.
- BLS - Basic Life Support or Instructor (AHA).
- CMRT - Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist - State Licensure.
- ARRT-R, CNMT, ARRT-THR, or ARRT-CT certification.
Preferred:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle challenging diagnostic procedures.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in hospital/radiology information systems.
