Summary
Trinity Health MI is seeking a CT Technologist to join their team in Ann Arbor, MI. The role involves operating CT scanners to obtain images for diagnosis and treatment of pathologies and diseases.
About the Role
As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care, reviewing patient charts, ensuring proper positioning, explaining procedures, operating CT equipment, administering contrast media, documenting patient history, observing patient conditions, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to radiation safety regulations.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree in radiologic technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- ARRT(R) registered radiographer.
- Advanced CT certification or CT registry-eligible (certification within one year of hire).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working in trauma and stroke centers.
- Experience with venipuncture, cross-sectional anatomy, post processing/3D, cardiac CTA, and CT-guided procedures.
