About You
- Solid understanding of Salesforce core platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Experience working with Marketing Cloud features such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Marketing Cloud certifications.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or equivalent role in a Salesforce or MarTech-focused environment.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices, including CI/CD and test automation.
