About the Role
As a Critical Environment Technician, you will be responsible for performing basic monitoring and inspection, conducting various types of maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and developing methods of operating procedures (MOPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the reliability and safety of the datacenter operations while supporting Microsoft's cloud services.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including non-standard business hours.
Preferred:
- 1+ year(s) mission critical services work experience in environments such as data centers or related fields.
- Associate's Degree or technical trade certification with 2+ years of mission-critical services experience, or equivalent experience.
