Pacific Clinics is seeking a Crisis First Aid Responder to join their team in Morgan Hill, CA. The role involves responding to community-based crisis situations as part of the Trusted Response Urgent Stabilization Team (TRUST).
About the Role
As a Crisis First Aid Responder, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide primary screenings, basic first aid, crisis de-escalation, and linkage to community supports. Your responsibilities include driving a mobile field team van, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, completing documentation, and participating in community outreach events.
About You
Required:
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
Credentialed as an EMT in the state of California.
Minimum of six months related behavioral health experience.
Preferred:
Experience with intake paperwork/processing.
Interpersonal skills and judgment relevant to make evaluations of eligibility for services.
