You will also stay updated on changes in laws related to creditors' rights and collaborate with legal staff to manage cases effectively.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience as an attorney, focusing on creditors' rights, discovery, motions, and litigation.
- Active membership and good standing with the Oregon Bar.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to creditors' rights and collections.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
Preferred:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
