Summary
AS Beauty Group is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join their team in New York City. The role involves assisting in the Project Management and Production for their major beauty brands.
About the Role
As a Creative Project Manager, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings, shadowing project managers, organizing project details in Asana, tracking project requests, and collaborating with various teams to ensure project success. You will also assist in pre-production tasks such as model castings and production material organization, as well as post-production activities like asset management and tracking model usage.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- 2 or more years of experience in Project Coordination or Production.
- Proficiency in Asana and/or other Project Management tools.
- Experience in coordinating teams and/or clients.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Microsoft/Google Suite.
- Knowledge of Dropbox or other digital asset management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Previous beauty industry experience.
- Experience working on set at shoots.
