About the Role
As a Coordinator, you will assist with recruitment and admissions processes, coordinate recruitment events, support student advising, and foster relationships with alumni. You will also monitor student performance data and implement initiatives to enhance student engagement and success.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, higher-education administration, communications, marketing or related field.
- At least one year of work experience in a higher education setting or in a business/industry environment focused on recruiting, business development or a related area.
- Ability to interact patiently and diplomatically with diverse constituents.
- Effective public relations and oral/written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask while working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
Preferred:
- Master's degree.
- Experience developing technology-enabled solutions.
- Experience in sales and marketing, and/or business development.
- Experience with DegreeWorks, Slate, SAS, Banner or similar business systems.
Benefits
- Salary range of $57,500 - $62,500.
