About the Role

As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing invoices accurately and on-time, reconciling supplier accounts, responding to inquiries, providing proof of payments, and updating supplier accounts. You will also enter non-typical items for payment, process invoices against purchase orders, research unused credits, and collaborate with various departments to ensure on-time payments.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and task management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and accountability.
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working with both internal teams and external vendors.

Preferred:

Previous Accounts Payable/Accounting experience.
