Summary

About the Role
As a Controller, you will be responsible for budgeting, financial forecasting, monitoring cash flow, developing relationships with external financial personnel, enforcing internal control policies, managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with tax laws. You will also supervise financial admin staff and create a culture of accuracy and accountability within the team.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven related experience.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in accounting, data management, and office administration practices.
- Advanced computer skills, with proficiency in office software applications including QuickBooks, Bill.com, and IRIS software systems.
Preferred:
- Proven expertise in financial management and reporting.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
