About the Role

As a Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring electrical rooms, operating remote breakers, coordinating with other departments to troubleshoot issues, participating in safety activities, and providing technical assistance to junior team members. You will work a compressed work week schedule, typically 12-hour shifts.

About You

Required:

High School Diploma or GED is required.
4+ years of experience with SCADA and high to medium voltage operations.

Preferred:

Some college or trade school education.
Texas Electrician License or Journeyman experience.
OSHA 30 training.
