About the Role
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating and managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, building relationships with government contracting officers, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. You will work closely with program teams, participate in proposal development, and monitor contract performance while addressing risks and providing mitigation strategies.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience reviewing and negotiating US Government and commercial agreements.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrated understanding and strong working knowledge of US Government Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) and agency supplements.
- Adept at contract analysis.
- Ability to frame, draft and negotiate agreements.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Current or recent National Security Clearance at the TS level with SCI eligibility.
Preferred:
- Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and/or Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or graduate degree.
- Preferred experience supporting the Intelligence Community on technology solutions contracts.
- Experience supporting capture teams under traditional FAR Part 15 methods, as well as Part 35, OTAs, and CSOs.
