About the Role
As a Contract Administration & Privacy Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, implementing privacy policies, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with privacy laws, and managing contracts with third-party vendors. You will also provide training on privacy practices and serve as a liaison during contract negotiations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-3 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field and 3-5 years of experience.
- Knowledge of California developmental services system and HITECH Act and HIPAA.
Preferred:
- Experience in contract negotiation and management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
