About the Role
As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing prompt and accurate responses to member inquiries related to consumer loans and financial transactions. You will troubleshoot account problems, accept loan applications, and actively seek opportunities for cross-selling credit union products. Your role will also involve conducting follow-ups and ensuring a high level of customer service through various communication channels.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Minimum of one year of experience in consumer lending.
Preferred:
- Proven track record in sales.
- Banking and/or credit union experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
