As a Consulting Manager, you will command one of six essential operational pillars, innovating solutions through AI and automation, crafting detailed specifications, and engaging with real-world limitations. You will also be responsible for visiting campuses to implement and refine strategic solutions, ensuring operational tools are developed effectively.
About You
Required:
- Reside in North America with the ability to travel 10-40% as required.
- 5+ years of experience in a dynamic, autonomous operational role.
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing AI tools for research, writing, problem-solving, and automation.
- Exemplary analytical and written communication skills.
- Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and low ego.
- Experience in areas such as permitting, construction, edtech systems, financial planning & analysis, or vendor management.
- Proficient with tools like Klair, Syft, Wrike, Retool, or other low-code platforms.
- Proven ability to quickly master new domains (legal, finance, compliance, systems, etc.)
