Echo Power is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team in Orlando, FL. The role involves managing construction projects, ensuring safety and quality control, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders.
About the Role
As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily jobsite safety, managing onsite quality control, producing schedules, and facilitating communication with project teams. You will also conduct site walks, develop cutover plans, manage construction costs, and provide technical support during major construction milestones.
About You
Required:
Technical knowledge in electrical and/or mechanical systems & construction processes.
3+ years of construction experience.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with healthcare or critical infrastructure projects.
NICET certification(s), PMP, OSHA30, or other relevant credentials.

Salary: $79k–$135k annually based on education, experience, and location.
