About the Role
As a Construction Management Representative, you will observe the work of contractors, perform quality assurance activities, and communicate with client representatives and contractors. Your responsibilities will include documenting construction activities, interpreting contract requirements, participating in quality control checks, and maintaining quality standards. You will also need to plan and prioritize tasks, and may be required to work outdoors in varying conditions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field; or Associate's degree with eight years of related experience; or ten years of related experience without a degree.
- Good mathematical, computer, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
- Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company policy.
Preferred:
- Prior experience on at least 1 Federal Lands or National Park Service construction project.
- Certification (or ability to obtain) in applicable areas of work assignments.
