About the Role
About You
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a NACI/CAC.
- A current 2021 or 2024 National Commercial Inspector certification from the International Code Council (ICC) under the B2 category, or a minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent on public, private, and/or Federal projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- A bachelor's degree in either engineering or architecture from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited college or university.
- Current National Commercial Electrical Inspector, Commercial Mechanical Inspector, or Commercial Plumbing Inspector certification from the ICC under the E2, M2, or P2 category.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
