About the Role
As a Construction General Foreman, you will oversee daily earthwork operations, interpret blueprints, schedule tasks, operate heavy equipment, train crew members, enforce safety protocols, and maintain accurate logs. You will foster a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with project managers and engineers.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years in a foreman or supervisory role preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in earthwork/grading operations.
- Proven experience in excavation, site prep, trenching, wet/dry utility installation, concrete placing, and rough/finish grading.
- Strong understanding of site plans, GPS grading systems, and elevation reading.
- Valid driver's license required; CDL required.
Preferred:
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
