About the Role
As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for maintaining company standards in all interactions, assisting managers in conducting safety meetings, performing landscape installations, and ensuring daily safety inspections of equipment and job sites. You will also communicate with supervisors regarding crew members and equipment issues.
About You
Required:
- General knowledge of landscape maintenance and landscape construction.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience managing crews.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet company guidelines for driver eligibility.
Preferred:
- Ability to read and follow blueprints.
- Experience with irrigation installation and operation.
