- Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent.
- Recent experience in construction and MEP-related fields.
- Proven time management skills and ability to complete tasks efficiently.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Working knowledge of Field Wire and Bluebeam.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Office suite.
